Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the rental and subscription of reverse osmosis drinking water systems (“System”) provided by Breco H2O Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By completing signup on our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Plans

Plan A – 24-Month Contract€32.50 per monthFree installationMinimum term: 24 monthsPlan B – 12-Month Contract€32.50 per month€49 installation feeMinimum term: 12 monthsPlan C – Rolling Monthly€32.50 per month€99 installation feeCancel anytime

3. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial from the date of installation. You may cancel within 30 days with no ongoing obligation We will collect the System at no cost Any payments made during this period will be refunded where applicable After 30 days, your selected plan terms apply in full.

4. Payments (Direct Debit via GoCardless)

Payments are collected monthly in advance via GoCardlessBy signing up, you authorise Breco H2O Limited to collect payments via Direct DebitMissed PaymentsIf a payment fails:We may retry collection automaticallyAn administration fee of up to €10 may be applied per failed paymentContinued non-payment may result in:Suspension of serviceTermination of your agreementRepossession of the SystemRecovery action for outstanding amounts

5. Installation

Installation will be arranged after signupYou must provide safe and suitable accessImportant Installation NoticeInstallation requires drilling a hole in your sink or worktop to install a dedicated tapThis modification is permanentIf the System is removed, a small hole will remainBy proceeding, you acknowledge and accept this.

6. Installation Fees

Plan A: Free installationPlan B: €49 (non-refundable once installation is completed)Plan C: €99 (non-refundable once installation is completed)

7. Minimum Term & Early Termination

Plans A & B (Fixed-Term Contracts)You agree to remain subscribed for the full contract term.If you cancel before the end of the minimum term, you agree to pay an early termination charge equal to:60% of the remaining subscription payments due for the rest of the contract termThis amount reflects a fair estimate of costs, installation, and lost service value.Plan C (Rolling Contract)You may cancel at any time with reasonable notice (e.g. 30 days)

8. Cooling-Off Rights

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Our 30-day risk-free trial provides a more generous cancellation period.

9. Ownership of Equipment

The System remains the property of Breco H2O Limited at all times You must not: Move Sell Tamper with Interfere with the System

10. Maintenance & Servicing

Servicing and filter replacements are included You must notify us promptly of any issues

11. Damage or Loss

You are responsible for damage caused by: Misuse Neglect Unauthorised interference Repair or replacement costs may be charged where necessary.

12. Repossession of Equipment

As the System remains our property: We reserve the right to recover the System if: Payments are overdue Your agreement is terminated These Terms are breached We will provide reasonable notice before collection You agree to provide access to your premises for removal Failure to provide access may result in: Additional charges Legal recovery action

13. Access & Removal

Upon cancellation or termination, we will arrange collection You must provide reasonable access

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service if: Payments are missed These Terms are breached

15. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish law

16. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
